FAQ Category: Navigating the Website

There are two ways to search for products:

1. Enter either the product number or name of the product including whether it is a pouch, wafer or type of accessory in the search bar and then press enter to initiate the search; or

2. Click on the small magnifying glass icon on the far right side of the menu bar.  Enter either the product number or name of the product including whether it is a pouch, wafer or type of accessory on the new display and then press enter to initiate the search.
