Due to the need for expedience, please contact us by calling our toll-free number within one week after receiving your order to obtain Return Merchandise Authorization and instructions for returning item(s).
All wrong items or defective product shipped by Osto Group must be returned to us for a refund of the handling fee and original postage and must be received within 30 days from the order date. All wrong items ordered by the customer must be returned to us for a refund of the handling fee only of any unused products and must be received within 30 days from the order date.
All items returned to Osto Group without Authorization or beyond the 30-day refund period will be deemed a donation and no money will be refunded. Remember to contact us first!
